There is no fixed menu: we cook what the garden and the local producers give us that day.
People often ask what the food is like here. The honest answer is that it depends on the day: on the garden, on what the local producers brought that week, and on how many are at the table.
That is why we do not publish a menu. You find out on arrival, and anyone with a dietary restriction only has to tell us with a little notice — this is a home kitchen and it works with what it has.
Whenever the weather allows, the tables go out to the porch and become one. There is room for a whole group — a big family, friends who all came at once. When the weather does not help, the dining room takes the long tables just the same.
For groups, it is arranged in advance. And for anyone heading out on foot or by bicycle in the morning, a picnic basket is packed.
